Some of the things I enjoy reading and watching on the Internets:

331Erock - Amongst my favourite YouTubers, this fellow combines gaming soundtracks, film soundtracks, TV soundtracks and recently trending music with ridiculously shreddy guitar.

Bizzybiz Blog - I stumbled onto this blog after finding her review of 50 Shades of Grey, and enjoying it wholeheartedly!

C.G.P. Grey - A great educational YouTube channel by an American man living in London. Physics, history, politics, and misconceptions disproved: don't miss out.

Extra Punctuation - From the mind that brought you Zero Punctuation, the high-speed, visceral gaming review series; his textual blog. Some great ideas as well as fantastic profanity.

FallenGeco - My best mate in secondary school has started his own blog, check it out!

Geekologie - For all things nerdy, this is where I go. At least once a day there is something well worth checking out.

The Greenland Diaries - An ongoing fictional diary set in a post apocalyptic world... Compelling reading, worth a look!

Mental Floss - Correct your mistaken preconceptions.

Minute Earth - Learn about biology, in under a minute per video. Great fun to watch, and very educational.

Minute Physics - Learn about physics, in under a minute per video. Frequently educational, always entertaining and it's never overly long.

The New Adventures of Stephen Fry - The man himself. I love Stephen Fry - definitely the guest of honour at my fantasy dinner party - and his (infrequently updated) blog is always a great read.

Shibi no Monogatari - A colleague of mine at Leeds, a fairly generally themed blog, but I enjoy her style.

Tofugu - Great Japan-themed blog for both learning the language, understanding the culture and just enjoying the weirdness of Japan in general.

The Tommy Edison Experience - A fascinating video blog by a blind man. People send in questions about sightless life and he answers them. No pun intended, but it really opens your eyes.

VSauce - Admittedly lengthy videos, on a wide variety of subjects that can even jump around mid episode. But, I never fail to learn something from this man and always come away entertained.
